Jason and Theron run the best bike shop in the state. They have taken care of me every time I’ve been in. Customer service makes you feel like family. If you’re not a bike nerd, they’ll try as hard as they can to make you one
These guys ROCK! While on vacation our daughter had an issue with brakes on her bmx bike. We called and someone answered (a real person!) within seconds. Told them our issue and they said, bring it in! We did, and they were fast to take a peek, find the issue and give a recommendation. Very great full for such an honest, caring business as this one. Consider this review a small token of our appreciation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! :)
Nice costumer service and love the work shop
We went to Jason (and Theron!) at Maine Bike Works for our Co-Motion tandem build because we wanted a smaller shop that would really care about our needs and think through the build. From the moment we stepped in the shop we were treated like long-time customers and got their full attention. Jason was super communicative throughout the fabrication and build process, even working with a third-party vendor to make a custom part for the bike. Theron did a beautiful job on the assembly and build - we couldn't be happier!
