Super knowledgeable and friendly staff willing to take time to share tips about bike maintenance. Highly recommend this store over other local providers if you are in need of bike repair.
Came across this shop’s EBay account and inquired about whether they were a licensed dealer for an open box part they were selling as this particular manufacturer requires a bill of sale from a licensed dealer in order to honor their warranty. In addition to refusing to provide such clarification, the shop sent over a reduced offer for the item in question, then let a reasonable counter offer sit until the item had sold for full price. Amateur hour reigns supreme.

Brought my MTB in for some new Hope Tech 4 E4 brakes. They handled the entire process from sourcing to installation. Installation was super fast and after several months of hard use, I've had no problems. By far the best bike experience I've had.
