Jess is amazing! She helped me with a longstanding running injury. She’s extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I left feeling empowered with the tools I need to run pain free and now I’m getting ready to participate in my first triathlon!
Amazing physical therapy team! Not only helped work through a torn tendon rehab very efficiently, but set me up with tools and awareness to monitor mobility and gauge workout intensity to prevent future injury. Also very refreshing that it is exclusively 1 on 1 focused, and not in a room with a bunch of other patients like so many PT businesses nowadays. Really impressed with Maine Ascent and would strongly recommend them to anyone.
So glad I found Dr. Herscott and Dr. DeRousse at Maine Ascent. Professional, compassionate and laid back. The level of personalized care is amazing. They are the real deal, can’t recommend them enough.
