Better Maindy Centre is Cardiff's only outdoor cycle track and the home of 2018 Tour De France winner, Geraint Thomas. Better Maindy Centre has recently undergone a major refurbishment of it's gym and studios complete with state of the art Technogym equipment. Additionally the centre has Swimming Pool with a full programme of swim lessons and public swimming sessions along with a dedicated group cycling area. The centre's handy location to the City Centre means that there are excellent transport links.

The machines are all pretty old but ok. It's generally not too busy. The frustrating thing is the opening hours. It closes early Friday to Sunday.
Amazing! I was struggling to find parking for an event in Cardiff, I reached out via e-mail not really expecting much of a response when within a few minutes I had an e-mail back from Ben. Ben was super helpful and answered all my queries thoroughly and even sent me a map! When I arrived at the centre to pay for my parking, all staff were friendly and helpful.
