Would give zero stars if I could. Arrived and there was no one at the front desk to check us in for almost a full hour. When they finally arrived and gave us our key,the key card did not work at the room. We had to drive back from the parking garage across the property back to the main office to obtain a new card. Upon finally getting into the room ,there was (what used to be) an old ac control panel with the cover off and wires exposed underneath. Very clean and friendly staff
Great location, but the room was terrible. No AC in the room and a huge patio door with a thin curtain made for an EXTREMELY warm and unbearable room thru the afternoon, which lasted all night long. The facility is a managed location and not a hotel, so we could not relocate to a room on the shady side of the building. The ‘management’ was unavailable to address any of our concerns, and did not reach out to us until nearly a day after we had decided to check out.
