Paul saved our vacation! On my first ride around the lake it occurred to me that I had left the battery charger for our Pedigo Avenues two states away. Not good. I called Paul and he saved the day. We have logged over 1500 miles on our Avenues and they ride well and look great. Thank you for your wonderful customer service!
They’re so friendly and welcoming! The place has a great vibe, and they host and support live music!
I would not recommend this brand, the batteries are trash, brakes are trash, and my bike's throttle dangerously goes at its own pace, it doesn't care what setting it's at, it goes full speed when it wants to. I do not recommend your product, your store, or working with you because there is no customer service. There is one guy named Paul and he is non-responsive to service requests.
This place rocks! Best bike repair spot around plus they have live music! Very friendly too!
