I bought a Pedego e-bike from Main Street Outfitter and the experience was wonderful. Paul did a great job customizing the bicycle and he personally delivered the bicycle the next day. Also, Main Street Outfitter had the lowest price in the area and generously included several free accessories.
Lauren and Tammy really saved my bacon by staying up late for a repair! While they don't generally carry all the parts you might need, they can help you install parts which is a lifesaver
Could not be happier with this place. Hidden gem. Paul and his wife Tammy are so nice. The vibe is awesome. They have great craft beers from Tighthead. The bikes are super cool and if you play an instrument, regardless of skill, they’ll offer to get you involved.
Unbelievably efficient . Personal service . Drove the 75 minutes from downtown Chicago bypassing the many local bike shops I’ve dealt with frequently over the last 15 years . Those places were fine but THIS PLACE is fabulous !
