The doctors are excellent. However, the eyeglass staff is unacceptable. I ordered new lenses for my frames, and 28 days later I'm still being told it will be "7-10" business days. Needless to say I canceled my order and have since changed to a new office.
The drs are good but the receptionists are so rude I had to stop going there. I rather drive to Manteno then ever be spoken to that way again it was countless times not just me other members in my family were also spoken to like we were stupid. I don’t know who does the hiring but I do not recommend this place at all. Life is hard enough the last thing someone needs is a receptionist who is not able to help. Highly recommend getting contacts here! The staff are all super friendly, the optician is a very cool guy and Meghann had an amazing amount of patience and support when I was learning to put contacts in! Thank you guys.
Do not visit this place of "business" if you value your time, money, and sanity. - Closes early before stated hours of operation - Does not answer phone while open (had to call 4 times!) - Rude customer service attempting to schedule for an appointment as if I was "annoying" the receptionist - Expensive ordering contacts (~$65 more than ordering online)
