PLEASE DO NOT BUY THESE GIFTCARDS FOR YOUR FRIENDS OR FAMILY. Barely any locations accept them, and the ones that do only allow you to use the card for limited services (i.e., can’t use the wayspa gift card for bundled/packaged services). Wayspa obviously charges way too much $$ for these spas to use their service, and therefore there’s barely any selection with the spas you can go to, and the services they offer. So frustrated, and my partner feels awful for getting me a gift that was basically a bust.
WaySpa has been very unprofessional in our experience. Although they charge spas significant commissions, their customer support is extremely poor. We encountered an issue redeeming a customer’s gift card and attempted to contact WaySpa more than 20 times. Unfortunately, we did not receive any assistance, and our calls were disconnected without explanation. This situation resulted in financial loss and operational disruption for our spa. We are very disappointed with the lack of accountability and support.
It's really difficult using this voucher. I looked up participating salons and spas before even purchasing this voucher but so disappointed when I tried to use it. Most of them flat out said they do not accept even though their business is clearly listed on the Way Spa webpage. Now I'm stuck with a voucher and not able to use it!!!! :(
I got my gift Wayspa gift card and tried to sent email many times and never got any reply. I would like to know what is this company doing. And I have read about this company review makes me feel more uneasy to use the gift cards.
