It's really difficult using this voucher. I looked up participating salons and spas before even purchasing this voucher but so disappointed when I tried to use it. Most of them flat out said they do not accept even though their business is clearly listed on the Way Spa webpage. Now I'm stuck with a voucher and not able to use it!!!! :(
I got my gift Wayspa gift card and tried to sent email many times and never got any reply. I would like to know what is this company doing. And I have read about this company review makes me feel more uneasy to use the gift cards.
Live in Toronto, wayspa (tangible card) is fantastic and no issues at all! Used it at the St. Regis Spa with no hassles.
I was gitlfted 2 $100.00 wayspy cards for Christmas 3 years ago.... I still have them :( Beware, NO body takes them
