I go to Shauna for deep tissue massage and while that can sound intimidating, Shauna is somehow able to keep the massage relaxed while massaging things back into place. Nothing ever hurts or is painful and I feel 1000x times better leaving than I did when I walked in.
I have been going for several years and have always been happy with the friendly, knowledgeable staff and their services.

Therapist was very welcoming. She listened to what I said was wrong with my body. And was very informative afterwards how to get the most out of the massage.
