Saw the great reviews so thought I’d give the shop a try. Came in and was welcomed and given a through walk through of what the process was like to get our bikes tuned up. I was called with an estimate and details of what they recommend. Wasn’t pressured to say yes to any repair. Made my decisions and picked up a couple days later. When picking up I was again explained what happened and I was amazed with the amount of work and attention to detail their two techs gave our bikes. Truly impressed and highly recommend this shop.
Dropped my bike off for repairs and picked it up with extra damage. Brought it up and got nowhere. Completely unacceptable.
Took our ebike ( not purchased here ) in there to get some new tire tubes and when I picked it up they had the repair done and even cleaned the bike. Totally blew me away that on a very small simple repair like new tire tubes that they would make the effort to clean the bike Very impressed Would definitely go back
Amazing team! They were so kind and helpful- they gave me such a good deal and didn’t give up on my old bike. Needless to say, you won’t regret coming here!!
