RecommendedBest customer service I’ve ever had from a bank. So many people have gone above and beyond to help me, including Sean, who did so much to help me figure out why my debit card wouldn’t authorize for Apple Pay, and today Brenda, trying to help me get a refund from Ticketmaster. She actually used her own phone to verify how impossible it was to contact them. Seriously great group of people here.

I have been banking at Main St Bank forever. The Sudbury branch always feels like family. They are so nice and really take the time to help you. I have referred many of friends and family members. I wouldn’t consider any other bank, they’re the best!

Having dealt with larger banks in the past and being more of a number then anything else has helped me realize how much I love Main Street bank hudson. Tracey and staff have always been super friendly and helpful with any of my problems or concerns since I have joined. Couldn’t be happier!

I have found them more then helpful and appreaciative fo my business. I went to the customer appreciation cookout at the Hudson branch and the CEO sat with me and had a discussion as I didn't realize who it was til he a little later introducsed himself.
after years of being with this bank I’m leaving it by Saturday. Their lack of responsibility with the fact that their app doesn’t keep accurate records is disappointing. I’ve addressed this now on four separate occasions. I have had to get bail outs from friends and family to keep my account from going negative because of their screw ups on notifications. I appreciate the tellers and people but I can’t trust them with my finances. They’re costing me more now instead of helping. Time to go.
