I had a problem with a bank employee not giving me my moneys when I wanted it. And it happen just as i was traveling to St Louis On business. So, a 5000.00 dollar Amex didn't get paid. But lucky enough I have been with Main Street bank for Year's. And Customer Service move moneys so Amex could be paid. But I wanted more, So A call was made to the branch manager. Today I had the wonderful opportunity of working with Melissa McCarthy, the branch service person here at Main Street bank she in the past is supported me and my family in so many different needs and I am forever grateful on. She was very knowledgeable very efficient with my time and. I wonder if there’s an opportunity that leadership would be aware of such a knowledgeable person and consider her for potential growth development in the future. I’m so grateful for this bank.
Had the best experience today with Robert Doig setting up a debit card and online banking. He made the whole process a breeze for someone who is not very tech savvy. He took the time to make sure that I understood the process.Great customer service skills .
