Terrible customer service
very frustrating that one is denied from making any sort of purchase just because they possess a (completely legitimate) ID that happens to be vertical. this policy is inexplicable to me. it excludes a perfectly capable customer base for no clear reason. it's a huge shame because I would love to shop here, it is so convenient, but I am incapable of doing so just because my driver's license happened to be issued before I turned 21.
