Was so good! Would 10/10 recommend! Beth who helped me was so lovely and kind and understanding the whole way through! She has such good communication skills and gave me peace about everything. My airline cancelled a flight and she was onto it right away with urgency which was such a relief! Even on her days off I was still able to reach her and she got everything sorted so quickly, highly, highly recommend her!
