I can't get them to leave me alone. They allowed a spammer to use an email with my domain to send phishing emails to all my customers and vendors, then came after me for unpaid bills. I never signed up to use their services and never will. Avoid this company.
Permanently disabled my account without any reasoning. When I opened a ticket about it, they did not disclose the details why and pretty much told me they cannot do anything. Ridiculous.
I have been using Mailgun for as long as 7 years and I have always been a paying user. However, recently I only received one notification about too high sending rate, and then my account was directly closed. They are very slow to response in support. For such an serious decision to close accounts, their reaction is still treated the same way as issues with no priority. If your business provides 24-hour customer support and you count on your email provider to do the same, look elsewhere. Even their phone support is only during weekday hours. We are currently on week 2 of trying to solve a problem. The support team responds back with default messages without looking at the account. They ignore details that are provided to them at the outset and take forever to escalate to a proper tech team. But it does get escalated do not immediate resolution.
