I've been here a few times to use their notary service and always had a very good experience. I've been helped on different occasions by both the owner and another employee and they were both friendly and efficient. Reasonable prices too. I plan to continue using them.

This location is located in a nice little shopping center area. In the nicer part of Long Beach. It's a very small business that is in a great location. I am very surprised at how polite and helpful and detailed Jeff was for an older gentleman I would have thought he was younger over the phone. I love that he runs his business professionally and doesn't seem like he would be unethical in his business. I had an incredibly poor experience with this establishment. The associate there upon the time of my arrival was a man named Jeff. I came to my fingerprinting appointment fifteen minutes early to complete my livescan requested by my new employer. Unfortunately I did not have all the paperwork needed to begin the appointment. My employer was contacted and agreed to immediately fax over the additional documents. Jeff made comments such as my boss had really messed up his morning and was putting him behind.
