This location is located in a nice little shopping center area. In the nicer part of Long Beach. It's a very small business that is in a great location. I am very surprised at how polite and helpful and detailed Jeff was for an older gentleman I would have thought he was younger over the phone. I love that he runs his business professionally and doesn't seem like he would be unethical in his business. I had an incredibly poor experience with this establishment. The associate there upon the time of my arrival was a man named Jeff. I came to my fingerprinting appointment fifteen minutes early to complete my livescan requested by my new employer. Unfortunately I did not have all the paperwork needed to begin the appointment. My husband and I have been customers of Jeff's for about 9 years. Great service, good mailbox rates and other little services like notary and package mailing that are very useful. Check them out!
