I’ve booked to stay here on Friday night with my sister for my birthday and Maye on reception has already been so helpful. Answering my queries on check in & breakfast time, dinner reservations and so on. Advising me on what’s going on in Birmingham this week. She was so helpful which has made it so easy to plan my stay. I have to say Maye is the most professional and knowledgeable receptionist of a hotel I have ever spoken to. A credit to Malmaison. Thank you and look forward to staying here on Friday.
