Processed my elderly father's taxes and it took TWO YEARS to get them filed with an extension. He was then assessed a huge penalty for being late after already paying through the nose. When called out they said, oh we don't calculate the late charges. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TAXES HERE!!!
Don't bother with these people. Most of the reviews are done by a third party that brings gifts to your home and on your first consultation they give you false hopes and then never follow back up with you. They explained everything was going to be managed by them and seems like I've been jumping trough hoops. Never again
