I agree with the rest. These two make you feel as if you are bothering them when you go in to drop something off. I only go there if I absolutely need to do so. Usually, I'll just go out of my way to go someplace else.
This is the most ridiculous mail place I have ever been to. I have lived in Long Neck for a year and I’ve had to go there several times and each time I dread going. The people are rude. You feel like you’re bothering them. They never greet you. You feel insignificant. I wasn't at all surprised to see the other 2 negative reviews I saw. These people, especially the woman are the most miserable people I ever saw in a public business. What could be wrong with them??? Can't chalk it off to a bad day because I have been there several times in the past 2 yrs.and they are always the same. I hate going there but sometimes I have no choice. UGH
I called to inquire about a p.o.box and the lady was extremely rude!!! I will take my business elsewhere...it was overpriced as well!!!
I was surprised by this companies owners or employees (maybe both) rudeness and poor customer service. I would never do business with this company again. There are many other Mail processing stores in the area where customer service is valued.
