Good place to get mail and fair prices. But the hours, like most businesses in this town, are dismal, and don't cater to working people hours. Closed when I go to work, closed when I get off, closed on my day off, and can't do anything on my other day off if I want to actually receive anything that doesn't fit in a mailbox. It makes life really difficult and they should consider brief Sunday hours or opening at 7:30 or staying open until 6:30 or have summer hours so seasonally employed customers can get service.
So Levi and the entire staff at mailroom deserves the utmost praise and respect from this consumer right here. I won't get into details but they went above and beyond what I consider to be the very best customer service experience I've had in years. Went here to get a sworn statement notarized, had 15 mins before work to do it. Staff were fast, kind, and professional. Service costed less than I expected, definitely the least stressful notary experience I have ever had. No lines or issues, very happy
