I come here as often as I can to support small business. The prior owner, Mohammad, was a great guy. I have met the new owner and he seems pretty cool, too. They did a wonderful remodel of the place. Its convenient to have notary services, overnight shipping, and PO box services all in the same location so you can get overnight business mail (legal docs, etc.) sent easily. The folks really pay attention to detail and accuracy. Good stuff!
I was just at the mail hub in Covington and these ladies are wonderful here. I called them and asked them to stay open a few minutes past closing time, and surprisingly agreed. They were so friendly and went above and beyond the norm. I recommend them and give them 5. They have everything the post office, FedEx, UPS, all of them together and then some and their customer service is so much better.
The best place to get the passport picture. Literally no more than 3 minutes the process. IN WALL-GREEN$ They tolme 5 hrs waiting to pick up my passport pictures. THANKS MAIL HUB COVINTON Also the two ladies working there so friendly.
Shipped a FedEx Overnight package that had numerous issues with delivery. Ana was very helpful with multiple followup calls with FedEx and staying on top of it!
