During COVID the owner drove out to my house to pick up packages for me. I'm disabled and can't drive, thanks.
Never go there, never use them, never associate with them. The owner is rude, mean and I am constantly receiving others mail. When I brought it up to him, he kicked me out and told me my box was cancelled as of today. No customer service. This isn't the first time he has been this way, in fact, I've been in the process for weeks now changing my address so I don't have to ever go in there again.
Horrible!!! – The couple who runs the store need to take a class in customer service and anger management. Wow, they really are a piece of work. Will not ever trust them with any packages, valuable or not and would not, could not recommend them even to enemies. They claimed that they sent my packages back to UPS when for a whole week it was in their store... I have known the owners for years. They always take care of my needs and keep it simple.
Mean Owner! – Will not help you if your package is lost. Owner is unkind and discourteous. Doesn't care about you or your package - no matter what the value (mine was a few hundred dollars and he refused to help - even hung up on me!). Takes no responsibility. Would not trust him with any package again.
