You make the call. Amazon assigned this store as the FedEx drop-off for my package. When I went in, the owner wanted to charge me $2.00 to tape the box and attach the label. Annoyed, I went home, taped it and applied the label myself, and came back to drop it off. That's when the owner lost it. I paid 20$ to mail a letter to EDD only to have it returned by EDD. These people have my email address and they did not notify me. They mailed it out again. I always like these people but I will not return because trust is broken. I’m over here hustling for scraps to survive waiting on info from unemployment. Unemployment is saying they never got my paystubs and I have to manually find the glitch in the system by going to the shop and asking what happened?
