The people here are always nice and helpful. I’d much rather come here than FedEx or the other places. I’m able to ship things quick without hassle.
I was very upset in how unprofessional and rude the staff are to customers especially if you ask for a receipt. They are also not following COVID-19 procedures due to failing to wear a mask and eating in front of customers. Please do not waste your time going here!
A sign on the door said the hours were 10-5. I went there at 10:30 and the door was locked. I went back at 10:45 and it was still locked. I tried calling several times after that and got no answer. I'm sure glad I don't get my mail there.
