Horrible experience! Was told by Dell that this was where I was supposed to go to return my computer. I had all of the packaging and the return slip - pre paid. They wanted to charge me a second time for the shipment of the computer. When I showed them that it had already been paid for they said that it wasn't valid. Huh?!? I left. I will never return here again. Instead I called UPS and had it sent directly from my house.
Excellent Service With A Smile – I guess they have really improved in the last 5 years! I also had to return a computer and had a prepaid mailing label. The lady who helped me, put the label in plastic, affixed it onto the box, gave me a tracking receipt and thanked me very nicely. All with a friendly smile. It was a very pleasant experience and I look forward to doing business here again.
