Horrible experience! Was told by Dell that this was where I was supposed to go to return my computer. I had all of the packaging and the return slip - pre paid. They wanted to charge me a second time for the shipment of the computer. When I showed them that it had already been paid for they said that it wasn't valid. Huh?!? I left. I will never return here again. Instead I called UPS and had it sent directly from my house.
