Four months ago (August 2024), we mailed a package from here. Whoever typed in the address for the label typed a 5 instead of an 8 on the address. We were just informed that the package had been returned (December 2024) and that we would have to pay the $42.00 shipping again, even though it was their fault. I will not be back.
Very friendly and professional. No long lines. We’ve been using MailBiz on Hilltop Dr as our only mail service for over a year and they are great. Shipping is easy because they are so helpful and they even have a notary
