Great customer service. I've used them several times for mail and printing. They did a large size print job for me in under an hour. I've used them to send several packages with no problems. They helped me choose the shipping option that was best when I was unsure.
I sent a package UPS through their store. They said it was packaged fine. It was damaged in shipping. UPS said it WAS NOT PACKAGED FINE. I was out $600. Another time dropped of a package to mail and they said it cost $1 for receipt. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND AGGRAVATION AND GO TO STAPLES!
Tried to dropp off a package and was told a receipt costs $1.00. That both emplyees were rude stating it was for the paper!!!???!!! Is that even legal?
I back what jrod22 said. I have never seen such a rude and obnoxious employee at the front counter. How on earth did she land the job? She is at least 50 and has spent all this time on earth without a modicum of social grace; She snaps at customers, exhales loudly when the slightest complication arises, rolls her eyes excessively and further promotes her despicable body language by doing things like smacking hard at keyboard keys and snatching your credit card out of your hand. This place has the worst customer service ever! not helpful at all. It almost seemed they did not want my business because it was not done up in a tidy bow. heaven help the person who really needs help with shipping! This is not the place to go!
Great customer service. Very helpful. Much better than going to the post office.
