I called them in 2016 to sign up for the 2017/2018 tax year and they tell me I have an outstanding balance from 2012!! Two months later they sue me for a 4 year old bill! I don't have the receipt from 4 years ago to show that it was paid. I paid it years ago but their system is so incompetent that it shows it wasn't paid, and they sue me after I call THEM to sign up to do business with them! Plus, the staff that I dealt with is nasty.
