Let's do better!!! My parent was t there for STR. My parent disliked the food, therapy said she was ready to go home, couldn't even stand up when we got home, was told insurance cut them, but found out had days left for authorization. Was barely spoken to, informed of basically nothing, how does a medical director not call in meds upon discharge, not even a hey make a transition of care appointment. Beautiful grounds welcome staff and visitors into a clean, well lit nursing facility. Staff is welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. This is truly care thats close to home and feels like home.
