Refuses to answer the phone after lunch
I called this office for information about switching my property taxes from the bank. a just below rude employee answered the phone and proceeded to talk down to me until I reminded her who pays her salary. the nerve of people who talk to me like I work in the treasure's office. just be kind to people!!!
When I called- the phone rang and rang- no one answered
No property tax bill on 2-23-23. When I call the office no one answers!
I came from out of town to attend a funeral and to follow-up on some administrative matters related to my Mom's property. The lady who served me (front desk, right) was kind, polite, and helpful. That was refreshing, after other encounters at the courthouse which weren't as friendly. In addition, the lady who processed my payment (perhaps that was the cashier's office; located next door) was very kind and helpful. I appreciate it.
