A disappointing & frustrating experience. I recently handed in 2 items for framing just before Easter and was told it would be 2 weeks due to the holiday break. Fair enough. I paid cash upfront and had to follow up several times by phone after the week wait was up. Politely. I saw the awesome reviews for Mahoney's framing, which is what drew me in to order from here. Unfortunately, my experience was not great. I began placing my order 3 weeks prior to requiring the frame and confirmed a pick-up time by the end of the last week. Despite payment being made on time and with over a week to prepare the final product, I was extremely frustrated to find out my order would not be ready in time.
