TL;DR: Save your money, and do not hire this man. I've had the exquisite displeasure of experiencing Kevin Mahoney as a defense lawyer on a case which (I learned upon consultation with a different defense lawyer) should have been a straightforward process to dismiss. Instead I experienced what I can only describe as a 3 month long nightmare.
