I’ve dealt with other duvet companies in the past. I’m so happy to find Maholi as it’s local and not far from home. Isabelle has been so helpful and kind and very professional. I bought 2 duvets and I’m back for another summer one. The quality of the duvet is exceptional along with the stitching/boarder and Canadian down clusters, it’s nice and light and silky soft to the touch. I highly recommend Maholi if you are searching for a a great quality duvet that’s made in Canada.
We had an outstanding experience here, largely thanks to the incredible customer service. Isabelle was exceptionally knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the specific features of each product we were considering. Instead of just trying to make a sale, they genuinely taught us the pros and cons of different options, ensuring we walked out with exactly what we needed. It’s rare to find such high-level product expertise paired with true professionalism. We learned so much and will definitely be back.
Duncan duvet cover is thin, cheap and scratches like tissue paper. Certainly not soft or sophisticated as advertised. I have tried all online suggestions for softening cotton products and am left with the realization that this is an inferior product. Maholi will not return because it is washed. My bad for not reading their return policy. Satisfaction is guaranteed if not used or washed. How is this even a thing with a duvet cover? Their bamboo filled duvet claims it is 100% bamboo filled. However the product received said only 50%bamboo and the rest is microfibre filled. Their silk filled product also clumps after wash. Will likely never purchase their products.
Just a quick review to say how happy I am with the wool filled duvet I purchased online from Maholi. The quality is incredible and the warmth and weight is perfect. I love wool because I can use this duvet all year round. Shipping was very fast. I highly recommend shopping here for your bedding.
