Male sales person didn't know their own return policies and I had to read it to him from the website and was YELLED at aggressively. I can't believe they hire aggressive men to work in a ladies boutique.

SHEIN quality - so basically trash, had to return several items because they were defective and male sales person aggressively yelled at me and didn't know the stores own return policies. DONT SHOP HERE, you might as well buy from Temu or SHEIN.
Horrible customer service. Male staff told my wife she couldn’t ’keep changing her mind’ when she returned two rings that had fake gems glued funky even though she bought and returned them the same day within store policy. Male staff member kept scanning wrong barcode to return - clearly doesn’t know how to do his job - and didn’t know the stores own policies. He then yelled at my wife on the phone who had the store policy up on her phone and was aggressive with her. I’m shocked they would hire such an aggressive man to work... read more
