I was recommended by family, who have years coming here and have only gotten charged 60-90 to get help with tax preparations. I came in for services for this year and the last 2 years of taxes and was charges 200$ for every year. I was recommended and figured I would be charged around the same amount as the people who recommended me. Therefore, it did not think about asking for service charges before hand. I thought it would be a great idea to come here to help a small business in my small town but was I wrong!!! DO NOT GET YOUR TAXES DONE HERE, they lack complete attention to detail. I had my taxes done here during the covid lockdowns. Due to social distancing I was given the option to drop off my tax paperwork so that Mahena could work on my taxes and file them electronically. I provided all w2's, receipts, etc... but she some how failed to report our 2nd child. She said she would submit the correction. She gave me the paper... read more
