This is our second time working with Mr. Persaud. From the very beginning, Mr. Persaud was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure we fully understood the legal aspects of purchasing our property. Brenda was always available to address any questions we had, ensuring everything was clear and easy to understand. She coordinated seamlessly with all parties involved, making sure that everyone stayed on the same page. The entire process was smooth and stress-free.
Brenda is very kind and open to understand and help others. And, Mr. Persaud is very dedicated to help the clients, in a professional kindness manner.
They do not even deserve one star. They have been delaying my contract and secretary Brenda got angry when I asked her questions. She was very unprofessional and rude. Please avoid them.
