No. No. No. Do not use these people. They are extremely rude. I am veteran who needed to be seen via the Choice program. I had authorization to see this doctor and some woman calls me one day before my appt and says they cannot see me without autho....that I already had and the VA had already faxed last November. She said I had to bring in some paper showing this and I do not even have a paper nor have I EVER had to bring a paper in (I have been seen in other areas using Choice).
