This was my first acupuncture experience and Ashley Manos made me feel very relaxed and calm about the whole experience. I will use her acupuncture and cupping services again. I feel relaxed and rejuvenated after seeing her.

Ashlee is the first acupuncturist I’ve ever worked with and admittedly, I was nervous when I saw her for the first time! I wasn’t sure what to expect but from the moment I met Ashlee, she made me feel calm and grounded. The space is also peacefully decorated and calming with essential oils diffusing, serene music playing, and a comfortable (and warm!) bed to lay on, which also helped tremendously with my anxiety. Ashley is amazing. I started going to her when I was diagnosed with unexplained infertility. She was there to help through the entire journey. Seeing her really helped me relax on a deeper level. She even gave suggestions on what might help at home when I went through the ivf process. I do believe seeing her was one of the factors that helped me have my baby girl. I continued through pregnancy which helped a whole lot with all those symptoms and still continue after pregnancy.
