Horrible experience. Do not use. Do not sign up. They will not shut off your subscription. Customer service is abrupt. I hate that I signed up with them. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
This company is a complete scam. I wrote them 3 times to cancel my subscription. The continue sending me offers and asking me for the reason for cancellation. I told them 3 times that I don't have time to use their service anymore. And they are still trying to charge my card every week. I am lucky that my old card has expired and they cannot renew my subscription. But it is super annoying to continue receiving emails for unsuccessful renewing when you explicitly asked 3 times to cancel the subscription! Stay away from Magzte... read more
Okay, now that Magzter refuses to do as asked by via email since Sep 16 2015 . We will give 1 stars just to post a VERY BAD review regarding professional business ethics in handling the matter with no response and no action. They have continued to publish our magazine digitally on their platform and another platform of theirs called TrueLife without alerting the publisher / owner.
