Jim prepped my taxes for the 2020 tax year, and after doing so, cancelled our appointment to go over them prior to filing. We filed and I still wanted to meet to review. He no-showed to our scheduled zoom meeting, and then was impossible to get in touch with after that. I continued to try to get a meeting set up, and eventually he just went non-responsive. Got my info to him 2 months early. About 10 days before tax season was up he sent me a link to fill out more information. Ended up needing to file an extension. I ended up paying the money for my state taxes but he never actually filed the claim this is for my 2018 taxes. I had difficulty getting in contact with him in general and he left me a problem for a year later.
