Bought many pieces from MagTrim-loved them all until one ornament came out of the magnet and crashed down to my glass table, narrowly missing my adult son's head and leaving a hole in both the ornament and my table. I contacted MagTrim and only asked for a replacement ornament and though I was assured the ornament would be replaced, it has been 10 months and hasn't been replaced yet after several emails. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
