Mr. Magro was incredibly informative and patient in explaing everything in detail. He not only aided me with my present issue(s) but took the time to inform me of other things, that may help me in the future and that I wasn't even aware of. He wasn't watching the clock or answering phone calls. His attention was totally on me. If you ask me, that's rare to find these days.
