My husband and I went to Magpie photography for our new born photos and we are so happy we did. We were hesitant on getting them done during the pandemic but marissa took all necessary precautions in keeping all of us safe. She checked our temperatures upon arrival, sanitized hands and phones, and masks where to be worn. We felt very safe. Marissa has done our holiday family photos and my daughters 1st birthday cake smash and the photos we received captured unforgettable memories with amazing quality! Her studio is always set up to perfection, her covid protocols are simple to follow and made us feel safe, and she is such a fantastic person to work with! I look forward to hiring her for future mile stones and would recommend her to anyone on Vancouver Island looking for photography!
We had a mini session done and Marissa was so wonderful with our girls. She had a wonderful backdrop and props and she made the girls so comfortable. The pictures turned out great! Thank you for a great experience and capturing great memories for us.
Marissa is so patient and amazing with little ones. I’m so grateful we found her, she did my youngest’s first birthday cake smash in 2019 and we’ve been coming back ever since. I love the huge selection of backdrops she has and beautiful props and her attention to detail for every shoot ❤️
I won an Easter shoot for my son with Magpie Photography a few years ago and we have been going to Marissa for all of our family photos since! She is so down to earth, great with the kids and brings out the best in all of us which always results in great shots.
