Absolutely horrendous firm. Check out the reviews from former employees on Glassdoor (screenshots below). One former employee said "Hostile work environment, toxic with verbally abusive senior staff and partners." It's obvious that all the five star reviews below are from Nick's friends and family. No client in their right mind would give this firm a five star.
As a foreign company owner, Nick helped me setting up my US company. They are very helpfull. One advice, if you are not American, and you want to open a company in America, please apply for an ITIN number as fast as possible! I had to wait 6 months. Witouth that ITIN number, it's hard to get business licesenses. Nick can guide you with this.
Great service! They are extremely responsive, professional and makes it easy for their customers to complete income taxes each year. Their service is definitely worth the cost because you know things are getting done the right way and on time.
