Clearstream is a wonderful community! Many skilled nursing facilities feel kind of scary and unwelcoming, but Clearstream is the opposite. Everyone that I’ve met here wants to take the absolute best care of their long term residents and short term rehab guests. They do tons of activities, and the residents seem very happy to be there. Carter and his team have done an immense amount of work to make this community what is today!
My husband was there for 5 days and was treated very good. Everybody was nice and treated him good.
Horrible place. Serious neglect and workers are rude to residents and visitors. Find another place.
