Went in to buy the new Wave e-bike . Had three on the floor to choose from. Staff was super friendly and helpful. A very pleasant buying experience.
The guys at Magnum Bikes continue to shine. They are a professional, customer focused group who provide great service that is almost a throwback. If you want a great E Bike, go see Magnum on Scottsdale Rd. next to Postino.
My wife and I came in today because my 6 year old Magnum Peak had problem as the bike would not turn on despite a fully charged battery. We arrived when the store first opened and spoke to Jeremy. He not only figured out what the problem was but was able to fix it right away. It’s people like Jeremy that make people want to buy Magnum bikes. Thank you, George
