You never want to take a bike in for repairs but these guys have always treated us fair and we feel their prices have never been extravagant for repairs or maintenance.
I’ve been working with Magnum Bikes in Salt Lake City for over a year now, and I continue to be blown away by the service and care this team provides. When I first purchased my Metro 750 in July 2024, the technicians went above and beyond. They checked for warranty eligibility, even though my bike had slightly higher mileage than expected, and they gave me a discount to make things right. They're always so friendly and helpful and their bikes are some of the best around I love my scout. This company used to build good bikes but I guess due to competitive pressures it now produces junk. I bought a Magnum bike a few years ago that was good, but I bought two more this year and they were so flimsy, lots of parts broke easily, water got into gauges, etc., and I struggled with customer support warranty for months until I finally just gave up.
