December 05 2025: Bought Beach Cruiser. March 25 2026: Just got my wheels back—$0 out of pocket—and they gave me a loaner bike. Great service. I love the refurbished Costco Beach Cruiser; "maker sure you get insurance on it" October 12 2026: Got Tannus Armour installed into tires, got a loaner bike, can't wait to see if I get another flat! Tannus, should ever get another flat! had some issues with bike crank shaft sticking, they fixed it for free. thanks Cameron, your rock!
Bought two Magnum bikes a few years ago. I love mine and ride it frequently. It was time for a tune-up, so I took it (40 minutes away from where I live). While there saw the display for Tannus foam tire inserts. I hate changing flats so I bought and paid for the installation for both tires. After riding it the next day I discovered my key wouldn’t unlock my battery. I called and the manager learned that the tech, for some unknown reason, changed the lock. Braden is great on the phone. He’s willing to help more than most great customer service. He was willing to do research on a product that was not Magnum brand and had great information he went above and beyond.
