Feeling completely duped by this company. After purchasing the Navigator and taking it for a test ride in the neighborhood the derailleur busted and the bike could not be used. Took the bike into the Salt Lake store for a replacement and they charged $150 for the fix. While not a huge expense in the grand scheme of things, it felt ridiculous that a ten minute cruise around a flat neighborhood would cause a part on a $1800 bike to break and the company would not cover a faulty derailleur (tbh they were quite rude and condesce... read more
The front desk was super friendly and helpful!
We nearly bought these bikes at Costco, but my wife insisted we test ride them at the actual store first. I’m so glad we did. Brad was awesome—he answered all our questions, gave helpful suggestions, and took the time to make sure we each found the perfect fit. We ended up with two totally different models that work great for how we each like to ride—together or solo. Super happy with the experience and excited to hit the trails!
Place a great location to tour a e bike
Weak management! Call people in for interviews and say theyve got the job! Only to dissapear afterwards then change their minds the next day!! Waste of time and energy!
