My grandmother was abused at this facility. Unfortunately, we did not find out until she was transported to the hospital where she was found to have a Urinary tract infection and horrible bed sores from not being bathed. She was not bedridden, so this should not of happened. She was locked in her room for hours and made to sit in a straight chair if she did not cooperate.
