Everyone is so nice & helpful here. Ella was especially sweet & went above and beyond! Clean & cozy atmosphere, too.
Absolutely love this spa! Employees that have become good friends. Always enjoy my time. Christy is one of a kind, so knowledgeable and encouraging. I love each and everyone of them! I was extremely disappointed with how my appointment was handled. I called specifically asking to schedule with my usual person, Erika. I was told they would check her schedule and call me back. When they called the next day, they booked me with a different person without ever informing me that my original person was no longer there. Had I been told upfront that my provider had left, I would have appreciated the honesty and been able to make an informed decision. Comfortable atmosphere, I’ve only met one staff member:Ella, but she is very professional and friendly. Never felt pressured to purchase more than I came for but she gave me information on other items incase I was interested in the future. Price is to be expected for the quality. Would recommend to others.
Christa is by far one of the best at Magnolia Spa for skin care! She always makes you feel beautiful! Her expertise is amazing! I would give her a 10 star !!! Since going to her I get many compliments on my skin! Try once and I guarantee you will go back!
