I have attempted numerous times to get an appointment in as he came highly recommended but one of the realtors I called one time at 8:30 one after 9:00 a.m. and his assistant wasn't there yet They said to email and they I've left a message and no one's called to set up an appointment That's how much he cares to establish or get clients.

The BEST title company for closing on home. They handle all sorts of closing, especially for real estate investors. I trust them with all my closings.
We closed on a property 12/1/2023 using Magnolia Title as our title company. We paid seller One month of taxes due assuming Magnolia title had done their due diligence and checked to make sure all taxes were paid. Nope! Come March 2024 we discovered we owed Denton County taxes for All of 2023. Magnolia tittle refused to accept responsibility and stopped accepting and returning phone calls.
