Rude customer service, rude management. Closed my account without my authorization because I complained about the poor service.
Very difficult to get anyone on the phone. Has a tense, sterile vibe when you go inside.
REALLY disappointed with this bank. Magnolia penalizes their new customers right from the get-go. New customer deposits are held for 9 days even if you're deposit check is on a local bank that funds can be verified by telephone, but this bank won't do that but rather sit on your funds in their general account accruing interest. If you call customer service, you'll speak with voice mail and your call / message won't be returned and you'll be forced to call again in a day or so only to be greeted with voice mail once again. This place will rob you stay away!! Took 140$ refuse to give it back I should have only had 1 over draft fee charged me 4 time. So took money during a pandemic for over draft couldn't even care less. That money was for bills for my kids food. You people should be ashamed! I will be blasting on FB and ever social media site available. Thank you for showing me just how much you care about your customer! 🤔
